Job description:
This paid role is 25 hours per week for an initial 6 months, with the possibility of an extension. Working location is home-based.
Purpose: Our Kickstart training programme will equip you with the knowledge and skills to increase your personal impact with audiences and supporters.
Responsibilities and key tasks:
Production
Create bespoke content using video, audio and written materials, developing techniques in editing, production and research. Commission content from third party sources when appropriate.
Communication
Communicate effectively with our supporters, maintaining a recognition programme, thanking and recognising individuals and institutions via social media messaging, posts and other organic opportunities.
Publicity & Engagement
Review and update existing online materials for public engagement. Help design and maintain a regular online presence through timely distribution of materials on our websites and social media channels.
Analytics
Execute an agreed strategy to manage online analytics working under an initial 6-month budget. Monitor and report monthly on findings.
The ideal candidate will have:
1 The creativity and motivation to engage people online with a demostatable love of social media including, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube.
2 An ability to understand issues and opportunities that face Christian sports fans.
3 Excellent organisation and communication skills, including the ability to use online tools.
