Day 2 – Vision
Blessings
Last year we prayed for stories and issues that can lead us to spiritual conversation. Thanks be to God for the testimony of Oliver Giroud that was used during our coverage of the FIFA World Cup last winter. Please pray God uses his story to reach into the hearts of those who love sport but are still longing for relation with Jesus.
Requests
Treasurer and Finance Officer Natalie Twum-Barima asks for prayer:
”Please pray for me to have the grace to continue to manage Passion For Sports' finances with wisdom and diligence. Plus, please pray that Passion For Sports' content will continue to draw many people closer to Jesus.”
Head of Operations Luke Hamilton asks: “Dear Lord, I trust in your sovereignty and timing of your mission. May I simply and faithfully obey your mandates until you decide your vision is complete on the earth.”

Heavenly father, may we be Christ-centered, being reliant on your word as recorded in the Scriptures, empowered by your Spirit and committed to your mission, bearing witness to all nations. Amen.
Lord, I pray we carry forth Christ’s kingdom by following Jesus – both His Word and His ways – as we obey His Great Commission. We want to reap a harvest among all peoples on earth and work faithfully to expand your kingdom among every people and place. Amen.
Grant us, Lord God, a vision of Your world as Your love would have it and give us the inspiration and courage to build it, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
